We are sorry inform you that we are no longer producing CandyCots for commercial markets. We have removed our orchards. The reason for this is that we have struggled financially to find a way to produce crops which are profitable. CandyCots are poorly adapted to our climates, not producing crops every year, and any rain near harvest destroys the crop by cracking. It is truly a shame that such wonderfully tasting fruit cannot be produced profitably. We have been operating at a loss each year, searching for a path to profitability. The hard decision was: we cannot see a path. So we have stopped production. I am continuing to breed new CandyCot varieties, in the hope for finding new CandyCot varieties which can be produced profitability. This of course takes years of work. Thank you so much for your loyalty. It is appreciated. We may announce in the future CandyCot partners who produce CandyCots for farmers markets or other small outlets.
